25.2 Requirements definition
One of the most powerful techniques in PRINCE2 is that of product-based planning (see Appendix D). This technique shifts the emphasis from activity-based planning to a more black-and-white form of planning focused on the end state of a product or sub-product (i.e. is it complete and 100 per cent finished, or is it still a work in progress?). Agile works in the same way as the definition of ‘done’ in Scrum (see Appendix H) and ‘acceptance criteria’ in the glossary.
